10 minute drive to the vibrant town of Xativa. The nearest train station is Manuel
(approximately 5 k by road) with regular (about every 15 minutes) trains to Valencia centre with
links to Valencia, Alicante, Barcelona and Madrid and just about anywhere. The village
of LLoc nou D'en Fenollet is only
10 minutes away and has a Spanish bar run by a local English couple
providing home cooked English food and Entertainment on Saturday nights,
either a singer/group or karaoke and during the week darts knock out on a
Thursday night.
The gardens have been well maintained and landscaped with many Mediterranean
shrubs and plants giving beautiful colour with low maintenance. There is a
new parking area to the front near the casita and the plot is totally fenced
with a gated entrance drive.
